WHAT IS PB4L?

Our school promotes Positive Behaviour for Learning (PB4L). 

At Parklands School we expect KAHA:  Kotahitanga (Collaborative), Ako (Agentic Learner), Haepapa (Responsible), Aroha (Empathy)

The word CARE is also represented in our values!

Positive, clear, consistent and reasonable expectations that are fairly applied help students respond and behave appropriately. 

We support our students to follow these four simple rules by teaching our expectations, just like reading and maths. Every fortnight we have a school wide focus and classrooms have their own focus every other week.
