The new Motueka Technology Education Centre based at Parklands provides high quality programmes for students from 13 local primary schools.
In addition to classroom programmes in music, visual art, dance and drama, there are opportunities for our students to attend free out-of-class music lessons and to participate in kapa haka and musical/theatrical productions.
A full programme of sports activities is organised throughout the year - at class, syndicate, school and inter-school levels
As members of an ‘Enviroschool’, our students develop skills and understanding to contribute towards a sustainable future.
Special end-of year awards are presented: the Laura Ingram Academic Award, the Brian and Jane Bailey award for good citizenship, the Mana Maori award for leadership, in the Whānau, the Mainfreight Duffy Award for excellence in attitude and the Delany Cup for Sportsperson of the year.
